Windsurfers in KL played host to Syamil from BoardSapiens.Com who came down to KL to sample the wind conditions here. When we arrived in Jeram at about 1:30 PM, the wind has started blowing. I was told by some of the drink sellers that it was windier earlier. We quickly rigged up and managed to get about 10-12 knots of wind for about half an hour. The wind died quite abrubtly, which is quite peculiar as it usually would lessen in strength gradually. Overall, it was a fun an interesting sesh as we exchanged ideas and discussion on equipment and setup. We was amazed that Syamil has progressed fast in terms of windsurfing skills and knowledge. I guess thats the perks of staying 5 minutes from the beach..:)
