“Zon Aktif” is a programme produced by Astro that focus on various extreme sports and activities in Malaysia. The show is hosted by Siti Maeva Amin (Eva) and Nadia (from Akademi Fantasia 6) Windsurfing in KL was selected as one of the episodes to be aired. It was aired some time last year but I only had the chance to upload the episode on YouTube. Despite taking many shots of our riders in action and explanation on this exciting sport, the final production episode omitted a lot of the action and focused more on the various characters. I guess thats typical of Malaysian TV programming..:)

Actually, it was my fault..:) Didnt read the Youtube restrictions that the file has to be under 10 minutes. I’ll re-edit and upload later..:)
Hehe yeah, i noticed that. That’s why vimeo is a thousand times better especially for websites. I envy the number of windsurfers you have there. Here most of them are monsoon sailors, not that there is anything wrong with that. Not so many people interested in handling big gear I guess.

Hi Jay, the best place to buy a full set would be in Singapore. Ballzaction (located in Bukit Bintang) used to carry windsurfing equipment. I think you still can buy bits and pieces like mast extension, mast base from them but to get a full set, Singapore is the place…we can TT to discuss this
